Payment & Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 2026

 

1. General Policy
At Kinetic Wellness, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and experiences to our clients. To ensure clarity and fairness, all clients must review and agree to this Payment & Refund Policy before enrolling in any program, retreat, or service.

2. No-Refund Policy on Payments Made

Once a payment has been processed and confirmed, it is considered non-refundable. This applies to:
Single session or one-time service payments.
Deposits made toward any program, retreat, or package.
Installments made under a payment plan.
Any partial or full payments for upcoming events or retreats.

All sales are final. Kinetic Wellness does not issue refunds, credits, or transfers for any payments already received, regardless of attendance or participation.

3. Payment Plans – Suspension Option
Clients enrolled in an installment-based payment plan may request to suspend future payments under the following conditions:

3.1 Eligibility
The client must be currently enrolled in an active payment plan.
The suspension request must be submitted in writing to the Kinetic Wellness team before the next scheduled payment date.
The client must be in good standing (no overdue payments) at the time of the request.

3.2 Suspension Terms
Future scheduled payments will be paused for the agreed suspension period.
Any payments already made prior to the suspension request are non-refundable.
The suspension period and the terms for resuming the plan will be agreed upon in writing between the client and Kinetic Wellness.
Kinetic Wellness reserves the right to approve or deny suspension requests at its discretion.

4. Cancellations
If a client chooses to cancel their program or service enrollment:
All payments made to date are non-refundable.
Any outstanding balance owed on an installment plan may still be due, depending on the terms agreed upon at enrollment.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

5. Force Majeure
In the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of either party (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events) that prevent the delivery of services, Kinetic Wellness will work in good faith with the client to reschedule services within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds under force majeure circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
